Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer (and a contract is formed) when we dispatch the product and email you a shipping confirmation. Until that point, we may decline your order for any reason, including payment verification issues or stock availability.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable Canadian taxes where required. For international orders, taxes and customs duties may apply at the destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, Shopify Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us through our Support page. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned subject to our Refund Policy.

Warranty Disclaimer

The FireSafe is sold "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law. We do not guarantee the product's effectiveness in all fire scenarios.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from a sale will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Canada. We encourage contacting us directly to resolve any issue before pursuing formal remedies.
