Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM ET on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service:

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs processing, and carrier delays may extend transit times beyond these ranges.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. You can also view tracking information in your order status page.

Shipping Origin

All orders ship from Canada. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you contact us before your order ships, we will do our best to update the address.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact us at our support page within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
