Return Policy

No Returns on Safety Products

The FireSafe is a safety and emergency preparedness product. Once opened or deployed, it cannot be returned, resold, or restocked. This policy exists to protect the integrity and reliability of every unit we ship — we will never place a used or potentially compromised fire blanket back into circulation.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your FireSafe arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.
